Individual is influenced by so many factors like atmosphere, health, ecconomic conditions, family set up and influence of any individual or group around us. All these have a very strong impact on our personality and we are not in a position to avoid them. We can change our lives from good to best by trying our best to improve all of these conditions.
Among all these factors, one factor can be in our control to some extent i.e. choose our friends and group. We see our group usually affect our attitude, our behavior, and our personality. It will not be easy for us to keep ourselves free from our group’s influence.
Conformity: It is a most indirect form of social or group influence in which individuals change their behaviour or beliefs to deal more closely to the behaviour of others in the group.. People conform because it is comfortabl for them to survive more easily in their surroundings.In this way we can face group pressure in a better way.
Friendship is a very positive relationship and friends prevent isolation and loneliness and gives us a sense of companionship and belongingness. Friends can also boost our happiness and reduce our stress and hardship.
Our group is our strength by providing us support and protection. If we want to take a difficult step, we can face many issues and opposition, but with thesupport of our group, we can do it comparatively easily and in a better way.
We cannot enjoy life in isolation. Our enjoyment, our necessities, and our success depends upon the people living around us. If we want to start any business or we want to marry, or we have to face any difficulty in life, without support of people, living around us, we will feel helpless. So, support of others is crucial for our life.
We must adopt an good attitude of sacrificing and accommodating with others. In this way we can lead a successful and happy life.
The concept of group influence is that people will change their behavior for the benefit of the majority or whole group. The evidence-based theory relies on the basic principle that people repeat behaviors that receive a positive outcome, response, or reinforcement.

Hygiene is Must
Hygiene is a definite part of our lives. Hygiene refers to behaviors that can lead our lives from good to best by improving cleanliness that lead to good health. In this process frequent handwashing, facial cleanliness, and bathing with soap and water are included.
Hygiene includes a lot of areas like our homes where we live. Good home hygiene helps prevent the spread of germs and infections. Bacteria may hide in different parts of the house, so we have to clean these areas regularly. Be mindful of dealing with bacteria as you cook and clean in the kitchen to reduce the risk of contracting foodborne illnesses. This kind of care can protect us from many diseases and health related problems.
Cleanliness is recommendable in all religions. Allah likes cleanliness and stated it as commendable for all of us. It includes a lot of areas of our lives. Like:
Dental hygiene:
Teeth are a very important part of our body; our personality and our health depend upon our teeth. So cleaning our teeth twice a day is necessary. Then take milk at least one glass of milk a day. It will make our teeth and bone strong.
Hand washing:
It is important for our health because it can prevent us from germs and diseases. It must be done frequently, like before and after taking meals, after going toilet, after dealing with garbage and after coming back from the market place.
Menstrual and genital hygiene
It is important to change sanitary products regularly and to wash your hands before and after changing pads, or any other sanitary products. If it is not implemented, then so many internal infections can be resulted.
Healthy Food:
Food is an inevitable part of our lives. Fresh and healthy food, cooked in low oil can be helpful for our health. Food that is not placed in the freezer for a long time, is more healthy.
Hygiene is important for all of us. It is in our hands to take care of it. We can save our lives and the lives of our loved ones by achieving an optimum level of hygiene.

We see a lot of people, with high abilities and motivation, leading a haphazard type of life. In most cases, if we prob into it, is the result of wrong vocational information and guidance. They have to pay a lot, throughout their lives. Only a minute per cent of people, after this wrong guidance can have the opportunity to find a true path, due to their luck or their extraordinarily high motivation. It involves usually, wastage of some time and effort.

Self-care is world-care
Self-care is an obligatory duty of humans. Our life is one of the most precious things in the world and it is a great blessing of our creator. He created is in the best form and all other things around us are for our service. This importance deserves a very good care of our lives, not only physical care but mental and spiritual care as well. By doing this care, we can make our lives from good to best and can improve the lives of people living around us.

Physical Well-being:
Our appearance weighs heavily. If our look is tidy, we have proper clothing and haircut, we are careful about our talk and expression, we take care of our health by taking a balanced diet and sleep then we are taking good care of ourselves. Our first impression and the most important one is from our physical appearance, so it should be given its due importance.
Acceptance and Awareness:
Awareness is crucial, it means awareness of firstly ourselves, then of our surroundings, then of the people around us, of our country and nation and its position in this world and of the world in which we are living. This awareness gives us common sense, makes our personality and develops a better image of ourselves.
Acceptance:
There must be an acceptance of ourselves and the scenario in which we are living. In this way, we can improve both in a better way. If we are in the condition of non-acceptance, then we will neither be in a position to live in a positive way nor will we be able to improve it. The first step is acceptance of reality.
Better Priorities and Choices:
We have to make so many choices in our lives regarding our diet we take, school we learn, careers we adopt, jobs we join, our life-partners we have and the community we chose for ourselves.
Then our priorities can make a difference. If we give more importance to a less important thing or give less importance to an important one, thing, it will affect our lives. So, making healthy choices and priorities is of great value.

We want to achieve a lot of things in our lives. We must choose positive and high goals in our lives, to achieve. If our aims are not valuable, then definitely our achievements will be accordingly. So, we must fix high-achievement goals for ourselves and then will strive according to them. In this way, we can take good care of ourselves. These must be two-fold; for our worldly desires and for our spiritual purity as well. A good combination of both requires good results.

Recreation and pleasure are of great importance. If we achieve a lot in our lives, but we are missing pleasure in our lives, then we are leading an incomplete life. So, we must devote some of our time and effort to get happiness and relaxation in our lives. We must do anything that is positive and harmless for others. Never Give Up
Attitude is a working force, that can increase or decrease the pace and quality of our work. It encourages us to keep on trying and never stop working for our goals. To lead a life that take us from good to best level, this attitude helps us a lot.
There are so many people, who are inconsistent in the way of doing anything. They start one thing at a time, then they switch it off and start something else. In this way, they cannot concentrate on any of their targets. In this way their time and effort both are wasted and they can lose their confidence.
‘Never give up’, is a very positive attitude leading towards success. Usually, these people achieve their aims and targets, in a short period of time. In a short time, they can do a lot of tasks in a given time. It is also true that sometimes, we took a wrong decision then we feel the awkwardness and take a U-tern and start another task, then it is alright. To take a wrong decision and then persist on it will not be a wise act.
There are so many plus points of adopting the ‘never give up’ attitude. Some are:
1. You will eliminate your fears:
If we have this attitude, we have to control on our fears and tensions. This attitude gives us a courage and motivation to continue. When at the end of the day, we find our goal, after a long effort, we can feel the true happiness and satisfaction.
2. Opens new doors:
If we achieve one desired thing, this gives us courage to do more challenging things in life. In this way, we can explore new worlds for us.
3. We can accept challenges:
With this attitude, we can become confident and can face every challenge easily. This give you a confidence on our-selves, which is required in every field of life. This attitude will be applied in all fields of life, that is the key to success.
4. It gives us satisfaction:
It gives us a sense of accomplishment and happiness. This sense is crucial to progress in life in a positive way.
5. Ability to face un-for-seen in life:
We have to face sometimes, un-for-seen in our lives. This attitude mostly can help us a lot. It can prepare us for suddenly created issues in our lives. Instead of taking tension, we can deal them, with efficiency and motivation.
All of these can help us a lot in leading an active, satisfied and happy life. In this way, we can improve not only our lives, but we can help out other people in a better way. We can insert this quality in others by presenting our example and by guiding them how to change their way of leading their lives. Timings matter a lot
Time is a treasure, who utilizes it in a proper way, is a very wise and lucky person. In our lives, some tasks demand specific timings and after that nothing matters. If one crucial step is taken at the right time, it can create great change and can make our lives from good to best and improve the whole society towards betterment.
We all have heard the saying “Time waits for no one”. It is very true because no one has the power to stop the clock or slow it down. It will keep moving whether you like it or not. When we lose time, we can never recover it. In this scenario, we must have special care of our time.
Time is wealth and correct timings are more valuable. One task sometimes is important, but the specific time for that task is crucial. If we go to school or our office, after the required time, we have to face penalty in any form. If we take a patient to the hospital, but we are late, then we usually cannot find an effective treatment. If we have to travel by train or plane, we have to reach at the time or before some time, otherwise, we will miss our travel.
If we miss a specific time, we have to pay a lot, sometimes for a very long time. If we miss a marriage proposal or a job opportunity, unduly, sometimes we have to wait for a very long time. We have to take a true decision, at the right time.
Time is one of the most valuable things, because:
1. Time remains always with us and acts as both: a teacher and a healer. With the passage of time, we can get experience and learn a lot, which has no other option. Time also works as a healer. A difficult or painful situation will seem less bad as time passes.
2. Time is the one thing that you can never get back. Once time has gone, it will never return. Time is an asset.
3. Nobody knows how much time they have. People can die at any age and for any reason. So, we take a good care of our life and time as well.
4. Every single thing in the universe is bound to time. Gradually all things start aging and eventually decay as time progresses.
5. We are aware of three stages of time - the past, the present, and the future but the only time we actually have is the present.
Our world is filled with so many distractions that eat up a lot of our time. Smartphones have become so advanced that they command a lot of our attention. You have social media, YouTube, news, and anything else right in the palm of your hand. We feel that we are bound to use them. Those who have self-control and mental maturity, they try to control their time by using it correctly, rather than controlled by these distractions. These people became successful in life and they make their lives better and make their society a better place to live.
