Need of Empathetic Attitude with Transcenders

    Some decisions are not of our own but are from our creator and we ought to accept them. People who adopt the appearance of males have some masculine tendencies and those who have feminine tendencies, they adapt accordingly. In our society, the life of transcenders is full of issues. To lead a successful life, we have to deal with it with acceptance, patience and intelligence.   



In our culture, it is considered an extreme situation to have a transcend child. Parents have to face very high social pressure to give their beloved child, to the community of transcenders. Then these innocent children are brought up without their original families and especially their mothers. They are reared by someone in their new homes. In most of the cases, they are not provided with educational facilities. At a certain age, they start their work, i.e. not respectable at all. 


    Transcenders are children of a special kind. If their parents will own them and give them normal care, they can have a better life. Parents can train them according to their tendencies and set their lives as boys or as girls. In this way, they can enjoy most of the beauty of life. They must face society’s pressure and provide them confidence and full support.


    There are many examples of transcenders, who lead a normal and successful life. One of my teachers was transgender, the boss of my uncle was also transgender. A transgender became the second wife after the death of her real sister.


We must give them due respect as human beings and as part of our families. Except for marital relations, they can lead successful life. In this way, we can insert life into their lives.

Rights of Special People

Special people are part of our society, having special rights. We see these if these people have some disability they may have some special quality. These people are the citizens of their countries and have same rights as other citizens. They may require some specific care. We can make their lives from good to best by accepting them with their disability.


 

Disabilities can be of different kinds; physical disabilities like blindness, deafness and dampness, and mental disabilities like mental retardation and other psychological disorders. All of these are considered disabilities and require special care. In this way, we can help them out. 


We observe around us these people with many issues i.e. access to education, medical help,  job opportunities, easy mobility and respectable relationships. These disabilities can be faced by anybody at any time. So, we must not consider them strange. They are humans like us, with some issues. They require equal rights, equal opportunities and special rights as well.

We must care for them but must not over-protect them. We can take care by: 

  1. Listening to them carefully 

  2. Speak with them with care

  3. Asking them before offering help

  4. Making them feel confident

  5. Respecting their personal space

  6. Providing every possible support


In these ways, we can help them. In fact, their rights are human rights based on principles of dignity, autonomy, equality and respect. Society must be responsible not only for their care but for their betterment economically and psychologically.


In this way, we can make them productive members of society by providing them care, special rights and respect. We can make our society more productive and positive by providing them support and respect.

Influence of Group on Personality


      Individual is influenced by so many factors like atmosphere, health, ecconomic conditions, family set up and influence of any individual or group around us. All these have a very strong impact on our personality and we are not in a position to avoid them. We can change our lives from good to best by trying our best to improve all of these conditions. 

      Among all these factors, one factor can be in our control to some extent  i.e. choose our friends and group. We see our group usually affect our attitude, our behavior, and our personality. It will not be easy for us to keep ourselves free from our group’s influence. 

       

       Conformity: It is a most indirect form of social or group influence in which individuals change their behaviour or beliefs to deal  more closely to the behaviour of others in the group.. People conform because it is comfortabl for them to survive more easily in their surroundings.In this way we can face group pressure in a better way.

      Friendship is a very positive relationship and friends prevent isolation and loneliness and gives us a sense of companionship and belongingness. Friends can also boost our happiness and reduce our stress and hardship.

      

      





           Our group is our strength by providing us support and protection. If  we want to take a difficult step, we can face many issues and opposition, but with thesupport of our group, we can do it comparatively easily and in a better way.

           We cannot enjoy life in isolation. Our enjoyment, our necessities,     and our success depends upon the people living around us. If we want to start any business or we want to marry, or we have to face any difficulty in life, without support of people, living around us, we will feel helpless. So, support of others is crucial for our life. 

           We must adopt an good attitude of sacrificing and accommodating with others. In this way we can lead a successful and happy life.



The concept of group influence is that people will change their behavior for the benefit of the majority or whole group. The evidence-based theory relies on the basic principle that people repeat behaviors that receive a positive outcome, response, or reinforcement.

Hygiene is Must


Hygiene is a definite part of our lives. Hygiene refers to behaviors that can lead our lives from good to best by improving cleanliness that lead to good health. In this process frequent handwashing, facial cleanliness, and bathing with soap and water are included.

Cleanliness is recommendable in all religions. Allah likes cleanliness and stated it as commendable for all of us. It includes a lot of areas of our lives. Like:

  • Dental hygiene

Teeth are a very important part of our body; our personality and our health depend upon our teeth. So cleaning our teeth twice a day is necessary. Then take milk at least one glass of milk a day. It will make our teeth and bone strong.

  • Hand washing

It is important for our health because it can prevent us from germs and diseases. It must be done frequently, like before and after taking meals, after going toilet, after dealing with garbage and after coming back from the market place.

It is important to change sanitary products regularly and to wash your hands before and after changing pads, or any other sanitary products. If it is not implemented, then so many internal infections can be resulted. 

  • Healthy Food:

Food is an inevitable part of our lives. Fresh and healthy food, cooked in low oil can be helpful for our health. Food that is not placed in the freezer for a long time, is more healthy. 

Hygiene is important for all of us. It is in our hands to take care of it. We can save our lives and the lives of our loved ones by achieving an optimum level of hygiene.

In our lives, guidance is unavoidable, in different fields and at different times of our life. True vocational guidance can help us in leading a successful life with more comfort and success. If saves our time and effort, we have to insert it into searching for and achieving our goals in life. To make our lives from good to best, this proper guidance can help a lot.


Vocational guidance means to provide information and assistance to an individual in solving problems or confusions in vocational planning and occupational choice and selecting relevant subjects, in the light of our personal characteristics, our attitudes and our aptitudes.   


An excellent vocational guidance at the right time is so important in our life ahead. It can enhance our characteristics and abilities by utilising them in the right direction and suitable way. Those who have this guidance, usually excel in their profession and usually lead a peaceful and contained life.


We see a lot of people, with high abilities and motivation, leading a haphazard type of life. In most cases, if we prob into it, is the result of wrong vocational information and guidance. They have to pay a lot, throughout their lives. Only a minute per cent of people, after this wrong guidance can have the opportunity to find a true path, due to their luck or their extraordinarily high motivation. It involves usually, wastage of some time and effort.   



An effective vocational guidance can improve our skills, talents, attitudes, aptitudes, performance and achievements. All these blessings can make our lives, a real blessing not only for us but for our loved ones and our society as a whole. 

This guidance requires some steps, like information regarding individual’s characteristics, job availability and the demand in society. We must be very careful in this process because, it has a strong effect not only on the lives of individuals, families and our whole society.

Self-care is an obligatory duty of humans. Our life is one of the most precious things in the world and it is a great blessing of our creator. He created is in the best form and all other things around us are for our service. This importance deserves a very good care of our lives, not only physical care but mental and spiritual care as well. By doing this care, we can make our lives from good to best and can improve the lives of people living around us.


Self-care involves many-fold including:


  • Physical Well-being:

Our appearance weighs heavily. If our look is tidy, we have proper clothing and haircut, we are careful about our talk and expression, we take care of our health by taking a balanced diet and sleep then we are taking good care of ourselves. Our first impression and the most important one is from our physical appearance, so it should be given its due importance.


  • Acceptance and Awareness:

Awareness is crucial, it means awareness of firstly ourselves, then of our surroundings, then of the people around us, of our country and nation and its position in this world and of the world in which we are living. This awareness gives us common sense, makes our personality and develops a better image of ourselves.

Then our priorities can make a difference. If we give more importance to a less important thing or give less importance to an important one, thing, it will affect our lives. So, making healthy choices and priorities is of great value.

We want to achieve a lot of things in our lives. We must choose positive and high goals in our lives, to achieve. If our aims are not valuable, then definitely our achievements will be accordingly. So, we must fix high-achievement goals for ourselves and then will strive according to them. In this way, we can take good care of ourselves. These must be two-fold; for our worldly desires and for our spiritual purity as well. A good combination of both requires good results.


  • Recreation and pleasure: 

Recreation and pleasure are of great importance. If we achieve a lot in our lives, but we are missing pleasure in our lives, then we are leading an incomplete life. So, we must devote some of our time and effort to get happiness and relaxation in our lives. We must do anything that is positive and harmless for others. It will be best if we do something that gives us satisfaction and a sense of relaxation to us and the people around us. It is the demand for good self-care.
