How to Make Your Children Less Involved in Mobile Games?

It is a very common problem faced by today’s parents that their children are spending more of their time in playing on mobiles. Mobiles are very beneficial for getting knowledge and recreation as well, but a balance is a must. Balance is the key to success and can make our lives go from good to best.

The Internet and mobile devices are inventions that are the most used today. Everyone has a mobile in his pocket, despite its quality or price. It has become an inevitable part of our lives. We feel emptiness, in its absence. Its effectiveness depends upon its time of usage, and the purpose and aim of usage.

In the present era, its usage is crucial. In the educational sector, it has replaced libraries. All kinds of data and information are available on net and these are really authentic at the most. Due to joblessness, a vast number of people are working and earning their livings through internet.  It is not only easy and comfortable but in many cases more profitable. Not only that, in household issues, it provides full guidelines, in an easy and smart way, with demonstration. It is really a blessing.

In the case of students, especially small ones, when they are not supposed to use internet in the above spirit, its excessive usage can be negative. They can face:

• Health and eyesight issues

• Sleep disturbances

• Obesity

• Delayed social development

• Depression

We must adapt some strategies to manage its manage it. 

1. Excessive usage of everything is negative. We must make a practical schedule for our children, with their consent, so that they have to follow.

2. We must provide opportunities for physical games and must also participate with them. 

3. Their home-work, examinations must not be compromised in any case. They can use it after getting free.

4. Our bond with children must be very strong. We must give them time in their school and recreational activities.

5. We must supervise their routines and no space for negligence is there.

6. Our communications with our children must be very effective, so that they may share their personal issues with us.

7. They must be aware of their limits regarding time and usage.

8. Our role model plays the most important one. If we present our good examples in front of our children, because they follow more our actions than our sayings.
