Garbage and rubbish are global issues today. There are many departments, working to control this issue. Now the good news is that “Rubbish is not rubbish, it is cherish”. We can use this apparently useless thing as a treasure. By doing this we can make our lives good to best, in many of our life cycles.
Three words used with R, which made a change in all this: Reduce, Recycle and Reuse. In controlling the issue of billions or trillions of rubbish, on daily basis, we can reduce our garbage by separating it into different parts like kitchen garbage, which can be used in making fertilizers and making gas; papers and hardboards in making paper again; plastic garbage can be used to make new plastic materials. Now it can be used in making oil as well.
In this way, we can do a drastic job not only by reducing our daily rubbish which is a big problem for a home, for a town, for a country and for the whole world. We can reduce it as mentioned above by distributing it into many valuable parts. The kitchen garbage can be used in making home-based fertilisers for our kitchen garden and the extra can be used by factories, making these fertilisers on a big scale. It can also be used in making gas as shown in the above image. This trend can make our lives easier and more comfortable.
In the same way, paper garbage can be recycled easily. Books and copies of students can be reused and in this way and we can save our natural resources. Plastic and glass can also be reused and can make our surroundings tidy.
Plastic waste is so dangerous for sea life organisms. So many trillion-ton raw plastic containers are bottles used beside the oceans, which after some time are converted into tiny particles and become the part of the food of fish and other living beings. So, Norway started to clear the oceans and converting it into a material Econyl which is used in textile factories.
Plastic is also reused in very effective ways; in making oil, and new plastic things. In order to extract oil from plastic, it is heated to 400 centigrade. During this procedure, molecules and converted into crude oil, which further can be utilised in different ways.
It is a fact that rubbish is a compulsory part of our lives. To deal with it is not easy at all. We can change our scenario by changing our habits of throwing it carelessly everywhere, by using the latest technology, we can make it an asset. We can make oil, gas, new plastic and paper containers and in the textile industry. In this way, we can change our economy, health conditions and our image.
