Loyalty: A Valuable Quality means to be faithful to one’s commitments and obligations. It is vital for our different relations, which are meaningful to us. In making our lives from good to best loyalty can play a vital and crucial role. 

 

Loyalty is an important component in relationships, whether romantic, familial, social or otherwise. It can help build stronger bonds and create social support. Loyalty can be fostered by being honest, supportive, respectful, appreciative and caring. Loyalty is the ability to put others before yourself and stick with them in good times and bad.

A loyal person will value honesty above everything else and this is the primary trait. A loyal friend may not agree with you on every matter good or bad. We must never be pretentious. A loyal person will always let you know the truth even if the opinion does not match with yours. If we show our loyalty to someone, who is the enemy of our country, then our loyalty to our country will be compromised, which is not acceptable. The main attribute of any person is honesty. If honesty and ethical correctness are compromised, then loyalty is of no use.

It is hard to define loyalty, but very easy to recognize it. Loyalty is valuable because it allows us to take the risk of predicting the actions and behaviour of people we trust. One may not always correctly decide who to be loyal to, and some people may even disappoint us or deceive us. There are some traits which can help us to judge a loyal person like:

1. Honesty. A loyal person will value honesty and it is the primary trait.
2. They stand with you in all circumstances and take a stand for you.
3. They always respect their boundaries, are religious, and ethical and remain patriots. 
4. They cannot be jealous of anyone. They celebrate the success of their related people.
5. They have a positive attitude towards life.
6. They invest in their relationships. They don’t only provide verbal service, they practically invest something valuable into it.

The meaning of loyalty in a relationship implies being fully committed to a person without cheating. If we are not honest with someone and cheat him by suggesting dishonestly. Then we are not loyal people. A loyal person is selfless. He does not leave his loved ones in terrible conditions alone. He stands with his loved ones in all conditions, good to worst.

We must be loyal to all our relationships, with our family, our professions, our relatives, our neighbours and our country. The first and foremost thing is honesty. It mustn’t be compromised in any case.

To have a life going from good to best, it is commendable to see around us with a positive mind. Another way is to give a good compliment, it can do miracles in other’s life. We can send an encouraging message to someone, which can change the mood on a temporary or permanent basis. We also can help others by doing some practical favour or by giving some good advice or at least by saying something positive. One more thing that can help the most is to try to digest others’ negative attitudes and instead of giving the response of the same negative taste, deliver some positive reply. It will be a more challenging one but really will help a lot.

 

This positive change will be helpful in our daily life. We can start with our home, which is our ground level. If we can change our home surroundings by changing our mode of behaviour, it will be the real change.

 

Then our workplace is another point, that matters a lot. It does not matter a lot that at what post, we are working, we can make a valuable change by changing our behaving style. If our post is influential, then this change can work in a dramatic way.

 

We can spread this positivity in all around us by taking these small but very influential steps. We can make other's life more tough and miserable by passing negative and discouraging remarks and we can also try to make other's life easier and more pleasant by passing positive, encouraging and facilitating remarks. The choice is ours. We can decrease the negativity around us and increase happiness, positivity and satisfaction by changing our attitude and way of behaving.

In this way, we can take one step towards positivity and lightening our surroundings. This one step may be the start of the brightness of goodness in the darkness of negativity.

If we try to do everything by ourselves, it will not be possible for us to complete our duties in time. So, it will require that we guide our team workers effectively and then trust them.
